Guilian Hek BSc. is the founder of Global Consilium. Born in Eindhoven, he is 48 years old and has a natural affinity with entrepreneurship, communication and commercial development.

Through Global Consilium, Guilian helps organisations turn ideas and ambitions into concrete marketing and communications plans. He combines analytical thinking with a practical, results-oriented approach.

His strength lies in creating structure, identifying commercial opportunities and connecting strategy with execution. Guiliano believes effective communication begins with listening carefully: to the organisation, to the market and, above all, to the people it aims to reach.
